LKF Sport Horses are based here at the Equestrian Centre.

With a small selection of quality horses always available, we pride ourselves on trialling & testing the horses thoroughly before they are put up for sale. If we don’t have something to suit, with our extensive list of contacts, we are always happy to help source your perfect partner.

We also provide sales livery to help take the stress out of selling your horse or pony.
If you’d like to discuss this or you are interested in any of the following horses, please contact Ali on 07749 951898.

15.2, 8yo TB gelding
Ronnie is one of life’s nice people! Ideally suited to a low level or hacking home, he can be left for a week between rides & is still the same.
Good with all types of traffic, he hacks alone or in company.
Nice basic paces he works sweetly in the school, although he does need some further education.
Eligible RoR,
No vices & is a pleasure to have on the yard.

16.2, 6yo ISH gelding
Purchased directly from the breeder, this super young horse was left to mature & was backed at the end of spring last year.

A little behind for his age due to his late start, he more than makes up for this with a fantastic attitude to his work, he has a calm, kind nature & always wants to please.

Three rhythmical paces on the flat, he is consistent in his frame & is registered with BD & competing at prelim level, scoring well, with plenty of pleasing comments

We have taken him cross country schooling, where he was happy to go first or last, jumping ditches, all natural fences, drops & water. Just started tackling combination fences, he really impressed us with how quickly he got the idea & started locking on looking for the next fence. He is booked in to go autumn hunter trialling, if not sold before.

He is very genuine into a fence & is never spooky or silly, he always wants to have a go. Has jumped a variety of fillers & water trays & wouldn’t dream of stopping, he always has his ears forward, enjoying his job.

Snaffle mouthed for everything, he has been produced correctly by ladies; he is sensible enough for a competent amateur but would have the talent for a professional.

He has hacked out in company, -our roads aren’t safe to go alone.

Like a big dog to have on the yard, he is vice free & good to do in all ways.

Unspoilt horses of this quality are hard to find; we would love to stay in touch with new owners and watch his progress. Does require knowledgeable home to continue his education.
